By using the website kreio.agency or by requesting services from Kreio Automation, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the services.

Kreio Automation offers consulting and implementation of automations for lead capture, email follow-up, CRM, booking, notifications, reporting, and integration with third-party applications. The exact services, prices, and deliverables are confirmed through a commercial proposal or separate contract.

Payments may be processed securely through Stripe. Setup fees are typically one-time, and maintenance may be monthly and variable depending on complexity, volume, and level of support. Monthly services may be cancelled according to the commercial agreement confirmed with the client.

The client must provide accurate information, access to necessary tools, timely approvals, and the right to use the data or connected systems. Kreio Automation is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, incomplete information, or unconfirmed changes.

Automations can reduce manual work and improve processes, but business results depend on offer, market, traffic, budget, follow-up, and data quality. We do not guarantee specific revenue or fixed results without an explicit written agreement.

Materials, workflows, texts, design, and structures created by Kreio Automation remain the property of the author until full payment for services. After payment, usage rights are granted to the client according to the agreed proposal.
